Figurative Language

Simile: My evil twin exists only in my mind, and she is as snarky as I am sweet.
Metaphor: She is a firecracker but only goes off in my dream.
Personification: My twin's evil smile reaches out to me throughout the day and makes me laugh at myself.
Hyperbole: I will never ever ever let my twin take over for a day, but I might let her take over for a moment (although then I might regret it).
Onomatopoeia: Grrrr, my twin growls when I have to get out of bed in the morning.
Alliteration: My twin throws tantrums and tirades but totally silent, to me only.
Assonance: I like to try and fight like my twin inside.
Consonance: Corner my twin and she kicks and acts like a wicked cat with claws that sink into skin.
